Enterprise Architecture Lead

As an Enterprise Architecture Lead, you will develop technology strategies by understanding client objectives, mapping requirements, and proposing tailored solutions for IT/OT projects, including integration with systems like CCTV, NVR, ACS, and IDS. You'll create and present proposals, conduct proof-of-concepts, and ensure solutions align with customer goals, while assessing cost, benefits, and risks. You will manage client relationships, address technical inquiries, and support sales efforts. This role requires 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity, with strong expertise in project design, planning, and execution. You will be responsible for developing project technology strategy, preparing and delivering business value solutions for customers, and proposing technical solutions. Additionally, you will manage customer relationships, actively participate in the business development lifecycle, and increase organization effectiveness by identifying opportunities to leverage solutions to other engagements. You will also track emerging technologies and evaluate their applicability to business goals and operational requirements. To be successful in this role, you need to have 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, with 5+ years of technical expertise in designing, planning, and installing end-to-end IT/OT projects. You should also have professional experience with n-tier application architecture development and extensive analytical experience in IT software and infrastructure. Furthermore, you should have the ability to provide solutions to address cybersecurity requirements and have in-depth knowledge of network and systems security issues. You should also have strong consulting skills, including interviewing stakeholders, conducting architecture reviews, and consensus-building. As a skilled communicator, you should have excellent written and oral communication skills and be able to function at both detail and conceptual levels. A degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent work experience is also required. If you have IT software and infrastructure integration experience, hands-on experience with several products or technologies, and IT certification, you will be highly competitive in this role.
