We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Architecture Strategist to drive innovation and transformation across our global operations.



Job Description



The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our enterprise architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategies. Key responsibilities include:



  • Developing and implementing enterprise architecture frameworks to support business growth and digital transformation.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement technology solutions that meet business needs.
  • Conducting workshops and training sessions to promote best practices and knowledge sharing.
  • Evaluating and recommending new technologies and tools to enhance our capabilities.


Requirements



To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 15 years of experience in enterprise architecture, with 5+ years in delivering EA engagements.
  • Proven expertise in industry verticals such as FSI, manufacturing, retail, healthcare, and energy.
  • Experience with IT infrastructure best practices, including SDx, Cloud, DevOps, Agile, and ITSM.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
