Job Title: Commercial Growth Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to drive commercial growth in our cleaning services sector.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the commercial cleaning industry. They will be responsible for identifying and pursuing opportunities for small and mid-sized commercial cleaning projects.

The successful candidate will work closely with our management team to develop sales strategies aimed at growing market share in the small to mid-sized commercial sector. They will stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities, adjusting sales tactics as needed to remain competitive.

The Commercial Growth Manager will also be responsible for providing regular updates on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline activity through weekly/monthly sales reports.

About the Role:
  • Prior experience in sales, preferably within the cleaning services industry
  • Familiarity with the tendering process for commercial cleaning services
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic networking skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to grow market share in the small to mid-sized commercial sector.

Maintain accurate records of sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline activity.

Provide regular updates to management on sales progress and any issues that may impact business growth.
