Job Description

As a key player in driving commercial growth, this role will oversee the development and execution of OKX's commercial roadmap in Singapore. This includes leading go-to-market strategies for new products and services, ensuring launches are optimised for success and commercial viability in the market.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to turn market insights into actionable strategies, bringing new products and solutions to market in ways that deepen customer engagement and drive trading volumes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and review of commercial strategies to grow market share, trading volumes, and product adoption in the Singapore market.
  • Identify, evaluate, and structure strategic partnership opportunities with stakeholders to enable market expansion.
  • Design commercial models, go-to-market plans, and joint propositions for new product launches and service enhancements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline; MBA or relevant Master's degree is a plus. 8+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or partnerships.

Strong strategic thinking skills, with a proven ability to turn insights into commercially sound, executable plans.

Experience structuring and managing high-value, long-term partnerships.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work cross-functionally and translate commercial initiatives into product, marketing and operational requirements.
