**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Organisational Change Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organisational development team, you will play a pivotal role in driving organisational change initiatives, diagnosing, and implementing systemic interventions to build long-term organisational capability.

The successful candidate will hold the corporate title of Manager/Senior Manager/Assistant Director, with seniority based on individual work experiences.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Proven experience in organisation development and large-scale change initiatives, with a strong track record in diagnosing, designing, and implementing systemic OD interventions.
  • Strong foundation in diverse diagnostic methodologies, such as appreciative inquiry, surveys, focus groups, other qualitative and quantitative methods, with the ability to analyse data and translate insights into practical solutions.
  • Advanced facilitation skills, with a track record of designing and delivering impactful learning experiences and multi-stakeholder interventions.
