We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team at BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD.
Job SummaryThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to provide administrative support, manage data entry, and assist in document processing. If you have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently, we encourage you to apply.
About the RoleAs an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting in packing, sorting, and shifting of files/boxes for review and destruction.
- Document destruction – including shredding and documentation.
- Data-entry and record updating.
- Digitisation and e-Filing of documents.
- Ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by supervisor.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A min GCE ‘O’ Level qualification.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, with proficiency in creating formulas, performing summation, and referencing cells across different tabs.
- Able to work with pivot tables, macros, and scripts.
- A valid driving license.
- Experience in document scanning is an advantage.
We offer a competitive salary package, which includes:
$1,733.33 per month (based on 4-day workweek).
