Executive Assistant

Reporting and supporting the Executive Director and will work closely with and supporting the principal, not limiting to the following job scopes and responsibilities enlisted below.
- Assist in providing administrative support/services as well as solutions meeting the needs for the Company and the Group.
- Draft, review & comments emails/agreements/documents for Executive Director’s consideration.
- Comfortable to identifying and evaluating legal and compliance risks within the company and the group.
- Assist in creating, formatting, and proofread documents, including letters, reports, memos, and presentations to ensure accuracy and professionalism in all written materials.
- Transcript of voice recording of meetings/phone conferences.
- Monitor and report on regulatory changes and developments.
- Record and monitor deadlines, update status and tracking internal database/reports of relevant tasks/project assigned.
- Administer and maintain databases/files in Company database; renaming, reorganising, and maintaining files, folders, documents, and internal database (spearhead converting largely to digitally).
- Assist in office management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to Company’s success.
- Carry out other ad-hoc tasks/projects assigned by Executive Director.
Requirements:
- Proficient and able to communicate in English
- Have experience as an EA in similar industry is an added advantage
- Diploma or other recognised professional certifications
