Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support: Act as the main point of contact between executives and clients.
Manage executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle inquiries and correspondence professionally. - Budget and Reporting: Prepare and submit budget reports, tracking expenses.
Gather financial data for reporting in collaboration with finance teams.
Create presentations and updates on the business unit’s performance. - Meeting Coordination: Organise meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute materials.
Arrange logistics for meetings and events. - Communication and Correspondence: Manage phone calls, emails, and messages for executives.
Draft and edit reports and communications. - Documentation and Filing: Maintain an efficient filing system for important records.
Manage office supplies to ensure operational efficiency. - General Administrative Tasks: Assist in preparing briefing documents and reports.
Submit expense reports and timesheets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Experience in preparing budget reports and presenting updates.
