Job Summary

The Senior Executive, Shared Services HR plays a pivotal role in providing HR operational support to local Schools (units) on Faculty Appointment, Reappointment, Promotion & Tenure and Exit Management process within the University.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage HR matters, including administering and processing the Appointment, Reappointment, Promotion & Tenure and Exit Management for Faculty in the assigned School.
  • Provide HR operational and secretariat support to school-level committees formed for the appointment, reappointment, promotion & tenure for Faculty.
  • Offer HR advisory support on related processes and procedures.
  • Ensure tasks and enquiries undertaken are resolved and completed in a timely manner in accordance with the service level agreements (SLA).
  • Participate in coordinating activities in supporting University-level meetings.
  • Drive and/or participate in projects and process reviews.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Social Sciences or Business-related disciplines.
  • Strong writing skills are essential.
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and organisation skills.
  • Meticulous and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Acrobat applications.
  • Proficient in Workday is an advantage.
