Job Title: Customer Service Executive

This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients in the logistics and supply chain industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Monitor shipments and update stakeholders on the status of deliveries
  • Perform data entry and costing preparation for invoice generation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide regular updates to management
  • Assist in the preparation of pricing and quotations
  • Support continuous improvement programs to ensure high levels of customer service and work efficiency
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant discipline
  • Relevant work experience in logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding
  • Permit declaration through Tradenet is preferable
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Word and Excel
