Requirements
  • Education: PhD in Biomedical Sciences or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in a research scientist, team leader, or project manager role in a pharmaceutical R&D lab, academic research lab, or contract research organization (CRO).
  • Skills: Proven track record of success in project management, team leadership, and regulatory compliance. Strong analytical, reasoning, and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
