Sales Executive Manager for ASEAN Markets

Position Overview

Drive the growth of Autodesk's Design and Manufacturing (D&M) division through a robust channel sales network and direct engagement with clients. Employ a strategic sales methodology to create impactful events that highlight Autodesk's unique offerings. Collaborate with the team to identify customer objectives, formulate solution proposals, and surpass client expectations. Cultivate relationships with key clients by utilizing available resources within the designated territory.

Report directly to the Senior Director of Sales for the ASEAN region, based in a hybrid work setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed revenue targets with key clients
  • Forecast and build a sales pipeline to achieve sales objectives
  • Oversee sales opportunities and manage a team of Sales Executives
  • Craft sales strategies for solutions, ongoing revenue, and service bookings
  • Articulate technical and value propositions to the Design and Manufacturing sector
  • Secure new business contracts by coordinating requirements and negotiating terms
  • Engage in effective communication and collaboration with team initiatives
  • Stay informed about competitive dynamics and market conditions
  • Assess potential solution sales and evaluate alternatives
  • Travel as necessary to engage with customers

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing a sales territory across the ASEAN region
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in establishing D&M customer relationships within the territory
  • Experience in team leadership and management
  • Expertise in the Design and Manufacturing software sector
  • Strong closing, prospecting, sales planning, and territory management skills
  • Experience in solution selling and engaging with C-suite executives
