Business Development Executive

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our market reach by identifying and researching potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Research: Identify and research potential clients to expand our market reach, stay ahead of industry trends, and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Clients Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships, provide excellent customer support, and address any concerns promptly.
  • Sales Cycle: Lead the sales cycle from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and effective communication with internal executives and stakeholders.
  • Proposal Management: Track and report on the progress and status of various proposal components, collaborate with the pricing department to develop competitive rate proposals, and draft and finalize sales contracts for execution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree required; applicants with a Diploma and over 10 years of relevant experience will also be considered.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or a similar role.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Background in customer support is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.
  • In-depth understanding of market dynamics and demographics.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
