Job Title: Business Growth Specialist

This role involves building strong partnerships with corporate clients, event organizers, and strategic partners to promote our wellness services, aromatherapy workshops, and gifting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop B2B opportunities with corporate clients, HR teams, offices, and hospitality partners.
  • Promote and secure corporate air scenting services and aromatherapy workshops for employee wellness programs.
  • Propose and manage corporate gifting solutions for events, festive campaigns, and client appreciation.
  • Establish partnerships for wedding gifts, retreats, brand launches, and other lifestyle or wellness-themed events.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
  • Attend networking sessions, trade shows, and B2B expos to build brand awareness and new leads
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations) to ensure seamless client onboarding and project execution.
  • Track KPIs, sales pipeline, and report regularly to management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or client servicing.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Interest or background in wellness, beauty, aromatherapy, or event marketing is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
