Senior Partnership Development Manager

**Job Summary**
">We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Partnership Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in partnership development, fundraising, and stakeholder engagement.
">The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and nurturing partnerships with stakeholders in the community, working collaboratively to plan and execute fundraising strategies, and identifying new and potential partners and donors to meet fundraising targets.

">Key Responsibilities:

- To establish and nurture partnerships with stakeholders in the community, including identifying new and potential partners and donors;">
- To work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and execute fundraising strategies, including developing marketing collateral and creating content for communication platforms;">
- To identify and pursue funding opportunities, and ensure accountability of donations received;">
- To design and develop fundraising events to meet annual fundraising targets;">
- To manage partner and donor database, and maintain regular communication with them.">
Requirements:
">Applicants should possess a Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Mass Communication, or equivalent, and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Strong presentation skills, communication skills, and IT savvy are essential for this role.
">Able to learn to manage new systems easily, familiar with MS Office, Google Drive, and presentation software. Attention to details, with the ability to work independently and in a team, to meet deadlines.
">Strong communication and networking skills with the ability to nurture relationships with stakeholders of varying levels. Positive outlook with a can-do attitude. Highly self-motivated, resourceful, innovative, committed and driven, with focus on fundraising and partnerships.
">Preferred Qualifications:
">Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Mass Communication, or equivalent;

">Strong presentation skills and communication skills;
">IT savvy and able to learn to manage new systems easily;
">Familiar with MS Office, Google Drive, and presentation software;
