Job Title:

We are seeking a Senior Partnership Development Professional to play a critical role in managing internal and external stakeholders, securing financial support for programmes and initiatives, and ensuring long-term organisational sustainability.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement strategic fundraising plans to achieve long-term organisational goals
  • Establish and maintain relationships with potential donors, sponsors, and funding agencies
  • Cultivate partnerships to secure financial support for the organisation's programmes and initiatives
  • Work closely with team members and stakeholders to organise and manage fundraising efforts
  • Monitor and evaluate fundraising effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed
  • Communicate the impact of the organisation's programmes and initiatives to stakeholders through presentations, written proposals, and other communication channels
Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and proactively with strong planning, organisational, and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated learning attitude and aptitude in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in fundraising and event management is preferred
  • A strong team player with excellent time management skills
  • Effectively bilingual will be an advantage
