Business Contract Coordinator

In this key role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting our sales and project teams by overseeing contract management processes, facilitating collaboration with internal departments, and ensuring seamless order processing for our Life Science division.
Responsibilities
- Assist the sales and project teams with deal processing and contract administration.
- Process and track consulting sales orders, quotes, and contracts, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including Customer Deal Desk, legal, finance, and operations, to ensure timely order booking.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer data and relevant information.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential roadblocks in the contract lifecycle.
- Contribute to process improvements and efficiency gains within the team.
Key Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in contract administration or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with Oracle systems, particularly approvals, order processing, and quoting, is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills are essential.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously is necessary.
- Mandarin fluency is mandatory to interact effectively with customers across APAC regions.
