The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business management areas contributing to successful deal outcomes, such as sales, deal desk, deal negotiations, sales operations, order processing, fulfillment, revenue recognition, legal contracts, purchase orders, and license agreements.

This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to engage across all levels of management, teams, and customers.

The Business Contract Professional will manage, prioritize, make decisions, and deliver multiple assignments with detail and precision while addressing ambiguity, changing conditions, and moving deadlines.

Ongoing communication with Sales and internal stakeholders is maintained to promote understanding throughout the contract development lifecycle.
