Senior Sales Account Executive

At Wesco International, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Account Executive to join our team.
Job SummaryThis is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to take on a leadership role in growing existing accounts and expanding into new markets.
Key Responsibilities- Meet and exceed performance metrics based on volume budgets, profitability, penetration, and efficiency objectives.
- Develop strong business relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
- Collaborate with the outside sales team to ensure goals are met and share best practices.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new products and competitive offerings.
- Provide market insights, customer feedback, and competitor analysis to management.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
- A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in sales and sales administration, preferably in the electrical or distribution industry.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated expertise in sales, sales administration, and team leadership.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
