Role Responsibilities:
Meeting with clients to establish strong working business relationships.
Demonstrating and presenting products that the company carries.
Establishing new leads and converting them into new business.
Maintaining accurate records of sales and leads.
Providing accurate and detailed information to customers during product presentations.
Providing administrative support including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings with clients, preparing presentations/proposals, updating sales kit, and updating monthly sales reports.
Attending industry exhibitions, conferences, and events.
Negotiating business contracts or commercial terms.
Working closely with Product Support Team on the preparation and documentation of contracts, invoices, delivery orders, purchase orders, and quotations.
Working towards sales targets.
Minimum Qualifications:
At least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any field or equivalent (combination of relevant work experience & coursework).
Experience in the gaming industry will be an added advantage for a more senior role.
More than 2 years of experience in sales/key account executive, customer service/client support role, or a sales support role.
Technical Competencies and Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
Familiarity with sales reports, sales forecasts, and sales presentations using Microsoft Office.
Good to have / Others:
Experience in other applications like Ariba or Salesforce.
Experience in project sales and project management.
