The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee in Vietnam are focused on identifying and securing new business opportunities to enhance the e-commerce landscape across Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The main objective is to provide a diverse array of products at competitive prices for our customers.
Job Responsibilities:- Establish and nurture relationships with prospective clients
- Execute acquisition and growth strategies to achieve sales objectives
- Support food retail proprietors in integrating with ShopeeFood applications
- Maintain and enhance relationships with merchant partners
- Facilitate advertising and promotional initiatives at retail locations
- Resolve customer-related inquiries effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver added value to food retail clients
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
- Preferred experience in Food & Beverage, E-commerce, E-Wallet, or Point of Sale sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Capability to manage challenging customer interactions and retail environments
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Self-driven and accountable
