Key Responsibilities:

You will work closely with the Expansion Manager to strategize and lead store projects, ensuring team collaboration and adherence to contractual rights and obligations.

Your key responsibilities include analyzing data, coordinating with other functions, completing due diligence on landlords, recommending business cases, and facilitating deals through the legal and construction process.

You will also be responsible for ensuring the store portfolio is competitive, seeking improvements aligned with global guidelines, negotiating lease actions based on store performance, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of landlords' financial performance and asset changes.

In addition, you will serve as an informal leader for Lease Managers, supporting the Expansion Manager in operational tasks and talent development, fostering team collaboration, and representing the Expansion Manager in their absence.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in real estate, business/economics, or similar
  • At least 3 years of working experience in leasing, controlling, and/or real estate, preferably within the retail industry
  • Leasing skills and good legal understanding
  • Strategic planning and long-term vision
  • Advanced English level, Power BI, MS Office
