We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team at 0781 Deutsche Bank Aktiengesellschaft, Filiale Singapur. As a Corporate Cash Management Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in originating fresh opportunities and growing the portfolio in Singapore.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with Global & Asia HQ MNCs of large corporations, covering key regional/global decision makers and influencers. You will be responsible for Regional Sales, building pipeline, and achieving new business sales goals through effective account planning, strong relationships, and implementation of sophisticated selling strategies.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • New sales wins, revenue growth, and retention in a predefined portfolio as a Corporate Cash Management Product Sales Specialist across all Deutsche Bank's markets in the APAC region.
  • Engage key decision makers of the largest and most demanding clients advancing the relationships from access to dialogue, material relationship, pipeline, mandate, to strategic advisor.
  • Work closely with other regions and cross-divisional teams across the bank to deliver cutting-edge, value-added solutions to our clients.
  • Pro-active approach to sales, lead client engagement, and pitches/presentations.
  • Respond to RFPs (request for proposal) as the global, regional, or local lead.
  • Identify and implement revenue opportunities for names assigned via cross-sell opportunities with divisional partners through ongoing discussions with clients.
  • Independently work through end-to-end preparation and coordination of regional/multi-country responses for RFP proposals and presentations, as well as the entire sales process, including following up with client requirements, scoping, solution structuring, and supporting mandate execution with Implementation & Service teams.
  • Work with the Corporate Cash Management and other Business Heads to roll-out initiatives, launch, and follow-through campaigns, commercialize solutions; locally, regionally, or globally.
  • Travel in the region is expected to be between 25%-50% from time to time.
  • Completion of ad-hoc projects related to clients and accounts.
About You

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 6-8 years of relevant cash sales or relationship management experience within a top-tier international/regional bank. You should have a proven track record in managing complex cash deals for Local Corporates and Multi-National corporations, excellent written and oral communication skills in English, and oral communication skill in Mandarin Chinese or another local ASEAN country language required for specific target markets.

We estimate this role has an approximate salary of SGD 120,000 - SGD 180,000 per annum, based on industry standards and considering the location and responsibilities involved.
