We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Secretarial Executive to join our team at APACTRUST CORPORATE SERVICES PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will provide corporate secretarial support for a diverse portfolio of local and international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide corporate secretarial support for a diverse portfolio of local and international clients.
- Maintain statutory records, registers, and company documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of statutory documents with ACRA.
- Assist in preparing resolutions, minutes, and corporate governance reports.
- Conduct due diligence and ensure compliance with ACRA regulations.
- Liaise with clients and external parties such as auditors, regulators, and stakeholders as needed.
- Support senior management with secretarial and compliance functions.
Requirements:
- Minimum polytechnic diploma or equivalent in a relevant field.
- At least 3 years of corporate secretarial experience.
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English, with excellent communication skills.
- Possess a positive attitude, enjoy working in a team, and exhibit professionalism in all dealings with clients and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- Able to perform well under pressure and manage deadlines effectively.
