These services include corporate secretarial services, accounting/bookkeeping services, tax compliance, and preparation of compilation reports.

Responsibilities:Corporate Secretarial Duties:Responsible for handling a portfolio of clients (local), attending to all their corporate secretarial matters, which include incorporation, registration and the ongoing administration of companies.
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Efficiently maintain the statutory register and records of all our clients.
Company Governance:Assist in the organisation and preparation of board meetings and general meetings.
Prepare and file necessary documents with regulatory authorities.
Draft and review legal documents related to corporate secretarial matters.
Client Management and Engagement:Manage and engage with clients on corporate secretarial matters.
Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Advisory Support:Provide expert advice on corporate governance and compliance matters.
Keep abreast of relevant developments and changes in statutory and regulatory obligations.
Stakeholder Communication:Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on corporate secretarial matters.
Ensure effective communication and coordination with relevant parties.
Other relevant duties as assigned.
Qualifications:Minimum 3-4 years of corporate secretarial experience.
Familiarity with Singapore's regulatory framework and company law.
Independent, well-organised, with good communication (written and verbal) and time management skills.
Positive work attitude, able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
