Job Summary

Kensington Corporate Management (S) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Secretarial Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing overall management of corporate secretarial work and facilitating internal services, as well as external liaison work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of local private limited companies and branches of foreign companies with minimal supervision.
  • Prepare necessary documents and resolutions, and update statutory registers.
  • Liaise with clients on company formation, annual compliance, and ongoing company administration matters.
  • Maintain and update companies' statutory registers, and file certain specific resolutions with the Company Registrar.
  • Perform related ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • 2 years of corporate secretarial experience in the Corporate Services Industry or related field.
  • Minimum Diploma, or Certification of specific major, or equivalent corporate secretarial qualifications.
  • Meticulous, ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
  • Able to work independently and with integrity, with fair and principled temperament.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills when interacting with internal and external clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of BizFile and XBRL.
