Porsche Operations Manager Singapore

Located in the heart of Singapore, our Porsche Experience Centre is a premier destination for automotive enthusiasts. As a Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of this world-class facility.
About the Role:- This is an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of Porsche Asia Pacific's latest project.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with a proven track record in managing complex operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise suppliers (instructors, fleet management, facility management, simulator experience) to ensure seamless operation of the Porsche Experience Centre.
- Develop and implement operational guidelines, including processes for daily activities, to maintain high standards and efficiency.
- Initiate improvements to operational processes and measure their success to optimize quality, efficiency, and financial performance.
- Oversee the PEC car pool and collaborate with the Service department (workshop) to guarantee safe and efficient vehicle usage.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to foster a collaborative working culture and provide cross-functional support.
- Liaise with Porsche AG and other PECs worldwide to exchange best practices and innovate the experience offer at the PEC Singapore.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, event management, business administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in the automotive or event planning industry.
- Well-established project management skills and ability to manage multiple suppliers simultaneously.
- Highly motivated team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong attention to detail.
- Fluency in written and spoken English; additional regional language skills advantageous.
- Racing license and/or 'Porsche Certified Instructor' certification a plus.
Competitive salary: SGD $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
