Ltd., we are at the forefront of this revolution, offering a unique opportunity for an ambitious individual to join our team as a Porsche Lifestyle Experience Coordinator.

As a key member of our lifestyle team, you will play a vital role in supporting the physical retail operations of Porsche Lifestyle in our new Porsche Studio Singapore. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction with our brand is memorable and best-in-class.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in Retail Store Operations: You will assist in the opening and closing of the Porsche Lifestyle area, ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish.
  • Manage Point of Sale Transactions: You will be responsible for processing POS transactions, online collection orders, and managing stock levels, both incoming and outgoing.
  • Maintain a Clean Shopping Environment: You will ensure that the Porsche Lifestyle area, including the fitting room and storage areas, remains clean and tidy at all times.
  • Visual Merchandising and Set-up: You will assist in setting up and visual merchandising for Porsche Lifestyle, creating an immersive brand experience for our customers.
  • Customer Engagement: You will engage with customers, sharing Porsche Lifestyle brand stories and merchandise, and providing assistance whenever necessary.
  • Guest Relations: You will ensure positive guest relations by providing attentive guidance and assistance to all customers throughout their journey.
  • Customer Feedback: You will gather customer feedback and insights to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Preferred Experience: Relevant working experience in the Automotive, Fashion, Luxury, or Hospitality industry would be advantageous.
  • Self-Driven: A self-driven individual with a learning and Can-Do attitude is essential for this role.
  • Attention to Detail: You must have attention to detail and be able to maintain high standards in all aspects of your work.
  • Team Player: As a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will be able to interact and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Flexibility: You must be open to working on weekends and public holidays.
  • Salary: Part Time: $12 per hour
