Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing plans and budgets for Porsche brand, products, and services in Singapore and Asia Pacific region to support overall business objectives.
  • Initiate and improve upon marketing strategies and plans, measuring the success of marketing activations in a timely manner while meeting quality requirements.
  • Create promotional assets to the highest brand standards for effective implementation of paid media and direct marketing campaigns across channels.
  • Collaborate with importers and dealers to steer their plans and budgets according to target, enhancing their marketing competency and business output orientation.
  • Monitor importers' marketing plans, conduct regular reports, and prepare functional management reviews and project-based meetings.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to assess needs and plan measures accordingly, contributing to effective internal communications to promote cross-departmental and integrated working culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in luxury automotive, lifestyle, or related business area.
  • Established project management and data analytical skills, aptitude for technology and systems.
  • Highly motivated team player with creative mindset, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations to communicate ideas and strategies to external and internal customers.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English as minimum; additional regional language skills advantageous.
  • Willingness to work in a multicultural environment and to travel within the Asia Pacific region and Europe.
