About the Role

The role of an Account Director - Medium Enterprise Workday at Workday Singapore PTE. Ltd. is to expand our coverage with net new enterprises in Singapore by seeking value adding opportunities to adopt other Workday solutions.

About You

A stellar sales professional consistently exceeding company sales quota, selling enterprise cloud solutions to new customers.

  • You possess an outstanding track record of success in sales, with a strong ability to understand the fundamental differences and benefits of an on-demand/Cloud/SaaS architecture as an alternative to legacy ERP solutions.
  • You live by a set of values that align with our own, and are a fast learner with experience leading a team through sophisticated, strategic sales cycles.
  • ERP/HCM/Finance/Planning or SaaS experience is highly desirable.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to place Workday's products as the enterprise application of choice by understanding the competitive landscape and customers' needs.
