Partner Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Partner Account Manager to join our team at ABBYY Plc. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key partners, driving revenue growth, and ensuring mutual success.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute joint business plans that align with company objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with partners to create and implement effective strategies for promoting and selling our products or services.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive mutual success.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to align partner activities with overall company strategies and objectives.
  • Track partner performance metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reports to management on partner activities, achievements, and challenges.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience 5-10 years in a similar role, preferably in the areas of Intelligent Document Automation, RPA, Business Process Automation, or Process Mining.
  • Strong business development and relationship management skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain successful partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Solid understanding of partner ecosystems, sales processes, and channel management best practices.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive informed business decisions and measure partner performance.
