About The Role
Due to rapid growth, we are now on the hunt for a Senior Partner Growth Manager (Scale) responsible for creating growth and retention outcomes for a set of ~50 game developers.
In this global role, you will be a critical member of the Partner Growth team and will lead a set of game-developer partnerships end-to-end. Partner Growth is responsible for all platform game-developer partnerships from deal close onwards. This means you will be responsible for identifying breakout games, guiding developers through Web3, and being the face of their partnership with Immutable.
You'll Be Empowered To
- Identify, create and execute strategies to mobilise game developers and scale Partner Growth best practices
- Conduct regular assessments of your portfolio of accounts to identify high-potential accounts and assessment of risks and opportunities
- Become a trusted advisor, identifying opportunities, trends and risks in web3 gaming that will help games launch, grow and win on Immutable's platform
- Hold revenue responsibility for the accounts you own
- Work with Solution Architecture to ensure the successful integration of Immutable's products into our partners' games
- Collaborate cross-functionality, acting as the voice of the customer for internal Immutable teams
We'd Love You To Bring
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role at a platform business with a consumption-based revenue model OR top-tier consulting
- Deep curiosity and excitement for web3 gaming is a must-have
- Ability to work autonomously
- Proficient in navigating fast-paced environments while effectively prioritizing competing demands
