Freelance Business Growth Partner

Job Description

Reporting to the Manager for this business, the role will be responsible for new business development within his area of expertise.

The key measures of success in this role will be (but not limited to):

Sourcing - be a key point of contact for the HR Consulting and Recruitment Services needs.

Lead Generation - drive activities, events, meetings for the purpose of networking and generating leads that are commercially important for the business.

Engagement - use social media, events, cold calling as an engagement tool to drive new business development.

Closing - we are looking for someone with strong negotiation skills as this role requires an ability to close.

Requirements:

- 0-2 years' experience of having worked in related functions/industries mentioned above or within a HR Consulting/Edu-consulting company.

- Passion for a commercial role and what you have done in your career to demonstrate such passion.

- High level of energy and ability to build rapport with C-level executives as business development activity is focused on targeting global/regional leaders from the sector.

- Applicants with no prior experience but with a keen interest in business development and in building a strong network in HR Consulting/Recruitment industry are welcomed to apply.

- Extrovert, enjoy speaking and communicating with people.

- Proactive attitude & ability to work independently.

- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma,

Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any field.
