Job Title: Partnerships Development Specialist

This is a critical role that requires a high degree of expertise in securing and stewarding financial support from various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Donor Identification & Engagement: Identify, research, and qualify potential donors to build a dynamic donor pipeline.
  • Fundraising Campaign Design & Execution: Develop and execute effective fundraising campaigns, including digital, corporate, and major gift campaigns.
  • Proposal Development & Donor Communications: Craft compelling donor proposals, grant applications, and sponsorship packages aligned with organisational priorities.
  • Donor Stewardship & Relationship Management: Support stewardship efforts to ensure donors are engaged, appreciated, and informed about the impact of their contributions.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in fundraising, development, or donor relations in a non-profit organisation.
  • Strong project management skills, written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in donor CRM systems.
