Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Professional to join our team as a Case Management Specialist. Key Responsibilities
  • Receive cases, analyze the background, and follow up on required actions.
  • Correspond with various agencies to retrieve data and feedback needed for case closure or submission, ensuring responses adhere to established SOPs.
  • Conduct investigations to identify process gaps and determine root causes, performing rectifications as necessary and liaising with business process owners, ground users, and system technical teams to improve process efficiency.
  • Support, conduct audits, and track submission of reports.
  • Provide clear and concise advice and responses to queries raised via phone call and/or email.
Requirements
  • Min. Diploma in Business Management / Customer Service Management / Customer Service Experience or related fields.
  • Entry-level candidates will be considered.
  • Bonus if possesses 1-2 years' experience in Customer Service roles.
  • Meticulous with keen attention to details, highly disciplined, service-oriented, and a good team player.
Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of SGD 35,000 - SGD 45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
