Job Overview

This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment, ensuring effective communication and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include addressing inquiries, booking trials, resolving issues, and fostering positive customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service Excellence: Ensure consistently high standards of customer service by addressing inquiries, booking trials, and resolving issues.
  • Adaptability in a Fast-Paced Environment: Demonstrate the ability to adapt to changing circumstances while maintaining high performance levels.
  • Communication and Transparency: Ensure consistent communications across all channels, proactively communicating any issues or concerns to management.
  • Long-Term Growth Opportunities: Demonstrate commitment to personal and professional growth, actively seeking opportunities for advancement within the company.
  • Team Collaboration: Support Centre Team and Director, Manager, or Assistant Manager in achieving sustained growth by fostering teamwork, enhancing customer service, and minimizing student turnover.
  • Operational Performance: Achieve high-calibre responses from clientele Email/WhatsApp inquiries and phone calls within SLAs. Assist internal stakeholders and ensure smooth centre operations.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Boost customer happiness and satisfaction through NPS scores.
Requirements:
  • At least 2-3 years' experience in customer service
  • Able to work retail hours and weekends
  • Strong sense of adaptability and leadership
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • Goal-driven individual with ability to focus and prioritise tasks
  • Positive, extroverted personality with passion for customer service
