We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Customer Success Manager to join our Wise Asia-Pacific PTE. LTD. team in Singapore.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage our portfolio of enterprise-level partners in the APAC region, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

As a senior customer success manager, you will be responsible for owning and nurturing operational relationships with our partners, including Nubank, N26, and Google Pay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owning and executing operational success plans with partners to maximize their value from Wise solutions.
  • Scaling internal operations by analyzing data, identifying key friction points, and driving cross-team projects to eliminate or reduce these gaps.
  • Agreeing on implementing endpoints & webhooks with partners to automate internal & partner support operational teams.
  • Analyzing the quality of support provided to our partners and their customers, collecting feedback, and identifying key improvement areas.
Requirements
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in the banking or fintech industry, preferably in account management or customer success roles.
  • Proven track record of completing projects with measurable results, scaling internal costs, and improving processes.
  • Data-driven, able to collect and analyze data to prioritize big wins for partnerships and scaling internal teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
