Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance to internal and external clients, including troubleshooting, training, and documentation.
  • Lead and carry out project engineering management, including project scoping, material specification, procurement, and vendor supervision.
  • Perform root cause analysis, maintenance, and repair of wireline logging equipment.
  • Develop and implement technical guidelines and procedures for wireline logging equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Collaborate with R&D and MFG teams to provide project engineering support.
  • Provide training and direction to junior maintenance personnel.
  • Establish and maintain asset hierarchies and develop maintenance data methodologies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company safety policies.
Requirements:
  • 20+ years' experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • 15+ years' experience in Wireline, Cased-hole, and Open-hole.
  • Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering or diploma in a related field.
  • Proven engineering skills and good working knowledge of mechanical equipment design, maintenance, and operation.
  • Good oral and written English and Mandarin communication skills.
Physical Demands:
  • Frequent travel up to 70% of the time.
  • May require strenuous work activity due to the nature of the Upstream and Downstream business.
