About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Professional, Account Management to join our team at Iron Mountain. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about driving revenue growth.

Job Summary

The Senior Professional, Account Management role is responsible for driving net new sales and revenue from prospective and existing customer accounts within assigned verticals. Your primary objective will be to sell solutions through prospecting, networking, and executing marketing initiatives and account plans to increase Iron Mountain's footprint within assigned accounts, resulting in revenue growth and quota attainment.

Responsibilities
  • Assess prospective and assigned customers' current and potential needs, determining appropriate Iron Mountain products and solutions. Develop and implement strategies and business plans through understanding the client's business model, planning, and decision-making channels.
  • Build customer relationships through strategic conversations to understand organizational business objectives and goals. Influence a wide range of customer stakeholders, including Iron Mountain channel partners, while acting as an industry expert to the customer.
  • Continuously prospect to develop net new clients, expanding existing relationships and products of assigned accounts. Develop a strategic account plan for each named account, leveraging customer knowledge and the Iron Mountain matrixed organization.
  • Active within industry associations in the market to increase Iron Mountain awareness. Maintain a deep knowledge of customer business trends, current macro and microeconomic climate, and potential new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Candidates must have a strong background and knowledge of strategic account management, sales process, and solution selling.
  • Must have the proven ability to translate customer needs into solution requirements through creating powerful value propositions and negotiation skills.
  • Have the ability to influence and negotiate through proven sales skills and needs identification by aligning unique insights to key customer priorities.
  • Must exhibit excellent written, oral, and presentation skills through power messaging.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
