Bellman/Concierge Role

Job Overview

The Bellman/Concierge is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests at the main entrance, addressing them by name whenever possible.
  • Collaborate with the front desk for efficient arrivals and departures.
  • Assist in driveway management, opening and closing vehicle doors as needed.
  • Evaluate and implement strategies for the collection and delivery of guest luggage and equipment in a timely manner.
  • Provide information and support to guests when required.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the entrance and baggage room areas.
  • Coordinate with the concierge team to book taxi services upon guest request.
  • Notify Security or Duty Management of suspicious individuals or articles in the lobby area.
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of all hotel products and services.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Secondary education or equivalent.
  • Strong reading and oral proficiency in English language.
  • Ability to communicate in other languages will be advantageous.
  • No prior experience is necessary, as training will be provided.
  • Excellent communication and customer interaction skills.
  • Capacity to work effectively within a team environment.
