The Role
Set up banquet event spaces with necessary tableware, cutlery, crockery, linen, and service equipment before each shift.
Replenish supplies, beverages, and linen throughout service as needed.
Ensure table settings are accurate and aligned with event standards prior to guest arrival.
Welcome and escort guests courteously to their designated seats.
Take and serve food and beverage orders promptly and accurately.
Clear soiled dishes and glassware during and after service, ensuring cleanliness and order.
Present bills to guests, process payments, and handle any change or credit card returns in a professional manner.
Assist in resetting the banquet room, including tables and chairs, after each event.
Carry out any additional tasks or duties assigned by supervisors or managers.
Perform cashiering duties as required.

Have at least 1 year of prior experience in similar capacity in hotel setting is preferred
