Purchase and Supply Chain Expertise:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Buyer Executive to join our team. As a Buyer Executive, you will be responsible for conducting sourcing, evaluating and requesting quotations from suppliers.

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of purchasing and supply chain principles and practices. A minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience in Procurement/Buyer is required. Additionally, strong negotiation skills and good judgment ability are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Source and evaluate suppliers
• Request quotations and negotiate terms and contracts
• Process purchase requisitions and raise POs timely
• Collaborate with Logistics and Finance Department on inventory management planning and control
• Comply and uphold all procurement processes and policies
• Provide administrative support to Procurement Department

Skills and Qualifications:
• Diploma in Supply Chain or related field
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in Procurement/Buyer
• Strong negotiation skills and good judgment ability
• Proficient communication skills and ability to interact with other department heads

Work Schedule:
A 5-day work week from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6:30 PM.
