Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented Womenswear and Menswear Buyer to lead our product selection and merchandising efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing and planning product launches that meet our brand's vision and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and Buying: Identify high-quality womenswear/menswear products that align with our brand's aesthetic and customer preferences.
  • Analysis and Optimization: Analyze sales data and market trends to inform buying decisions and optimize stock levels.

Product Launch & Merchandising:

  • Weekly Product Launches: Plan and execute successful product launches that capture peak sales periods.
  • Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to create engaging in-store displays and drive customer engagement.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track launch performance and adjust strategies to boost sales.

Stock & Sales Management:

  • Sell-Through Rates: Monitor sell-through rates to ensure timely replenishment of fast-moving products.
  • Markdown Strategies: Develop effective markdown and promotional strategies to maintain stock efficiency.
  • Sales Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to refine inventory allocation and improve profitability.

Cross-Team Collaboration:

  • Sales and Marketing Alignment: Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to synchronize product promotions.
  • Warehouse Coordination: Coordinate with warehouse and headquarters to ensure seamless product flow.

Requirements:

Degree in Fashion, Business, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

Strong analytical and market insight skills.
