The role
Coordinate with suppliers and buyers to send sales confirmations, generate sales contracts, and ensure timely signing of agreements.
Oversee shipment planning, follow up on advance payments and receivables, and manage insurance and claim-related matters.
Monitor buyer-side exposure and report risks, while coordinating with destinations to track stock positions in distribution markets.
Facilitate warehouse agreements, manage sample movements, and ensure internal audit paperwork is complete and compliant.
Liaise with destinations for pricing, supply, and demand information, and support the preparation of trade flow reports and monthly MIS for the Trader and Rice Head.

Possesses a reputable degree, demonstrating diligence, analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to thrive under pressure, with a focus on maturity, integrity, and independence.
