Job Requirements:

To be successful as a Trade Support Executive, you will need to possess a strong understanding of trade operations and logistics. You will be responsible for coordinating with suppliers and buyers to send sales confirmations, generate sales contracts, and ensure timely signing of agreements.

You will oversee shipment planning, follow up on advance payments and receivables, and manage insurance and claim-related matters. Additionally, you will monitor buyer-side exposure and report risks, while coordinating with destinations to track stock positions in distribution markets.

Facilitating warehouse agreements, managing sample movements, and ensuring internal audit paperwork is complete and compliant are also key aspects of this role. You will liaise with destinations for pricing, supply, and demand information, and support the preparation of trade flow reports and monthly MIS for the Trader and Rice Head.
