Marketing Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for owning day-to-day execution of demand-gen operations, building and maintaining HubSpot workflows, managing UTM governance, and ensuring accurate cost vs pipeline reporting.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Owning the end-to-end execution of demand-gen operations for North America and global campaigns.
  • Building, maintaining, and optimizing HubSpot workflows including lead routing, lifecycle stages, and nurture sequences.
  • Managing UTM governance and campaign tracking across ads, content, and events.
  • Maintaining and QA attribution models (position-based + data-driven).
  • Ensuring accurate cost tracking and reporting.
  • Producing and distributing the Demand-Generation Snapshot and campaign performance dashboards.
  • Publishing a weekly Ops Update in Slack with campaign, workflow, and attribution highlights/issues.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing operations or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HubSpot and its applications.
  • Excellent project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
