Role Summary">

We are seeking a seasoned marketing strategist to lead the optimization of our martech stack and drive integrated digital marketing campaigns that deliver results.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in martech, digital marketing strategies, and project management. They will collaborate with senior executives to align digital priorities with overall business objectives and future growth plans.

  • Lead the optimization of our martech stack
  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across paid media, email, SEO, content syndication, and more
  • Collaborate with senior executives to align digital priorities with overall business objectives and future growth plans
  • Collaborate with product marketing and sales to align campaigns with business objectives and buyer journeys
  • Coordinate digital campaign calendar and ensure timely execution of always-on and campaign-based activations
Key Responsibilities

The Digital Marketing Lead will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing high-impact digital campaigns to drive demand, engagement, and pipeline growth
  • Overseeing paid media across channels including Google, LinkedIn, content syndication, and display—ensuring campaigns are data-driven, targeted, and aligned to key segments
  • Serving as the owner and strategist for our marketing technology stack, ensuring our tools are fully leveraged to support scalable, data-driven marketing
  • Overseeing and optimizing workflows, lead scoring models, segmentation strategies, email marketing, and landing page performance
  • Ensuring seamless integration and alignment of marketing automation with sales and CRM systems
  • Mentoring the Marketing Automation Coordinator to maintain data quality, attribution accuracy, and effective lead lifecycle tracking
