Job Title: Cash Management & Treasury Manager

About the Role:

Sephora Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Cash Management & Treasury Manager to join our regional finance team in Singapore. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the company's treasury function, driving cash flows, and ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the company's cash flows by anticipating incoming cash and outgoing commitments, and ensuring adherence to budget and forecast targets.
  • Manage daily cash positions and monthly cash flows to assess each entity's liquidity and ensure proper funding of ongoing operations.
  • Proactively contribute to the budget cycles with the finance team and track and manage treasury-related risks.
  • Streamline the banking structure to centralize available funds more efficiently to the group and supervise intercompany cash flow settlements.
  • Animate and strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maintain trust and gain insights on market evolutions.
  • Benchmark and challenge FX rates and fees, and ensure efficient and adequate funding of all non-cash pooled markets.
  • Implement solutions throughout the organization to enhance cash forecasting, FX positions reporting, and working capital tracking.
  • Maintain and develop policies and procedures to sustain adequate levels of control over treasury activities.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 years of professional experience in a treasury function of a global company, with a strong focus on cash and liquidity management and working capital.
  • Degree in Accounting, Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent courses.
  • In-depth knowledge of treasury products and processes, including funding, cash management, payments, and FX.
  • Knowledge in accounting and controlling, as well as excellent analytical and IT skills.
  • Experience in project management in an international environment and working with tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English with effective communication skills across levels and functions.
