The Role:

We are in search of a Treasury and Cash Flow Manager, who will be an integral part of the regional finance team located in Singapore. Collaborating closely with various departments across the organization, this position will take charge of the Company's SEA treasury operations, engage in pivotal transformation initiatives, and serve as a strategic business ally. The Treasury and Cash Flow Manager will oversee relationships with regional banking institutions, manage daily cash operations, and ensure compliance with local regulatory standards.

... Managing Treasury and Cash Flow functions to enhance performance and support operations

Directing the company's cash flows in collaboration with local finance leaders, by forecasting incoming cash and outgoing obligations (Strategic Plan, Budget, Rolling Forecasts) Supporting and driving the achievement of Operating Cash Flow Generation (OCFG) targets Overseeing daily cash positions and monthly cash flows to evaluate each entity's liquidity and ensure adequate funding for ongoing operations Actively participating in budget cycles with the finance team Monitoring and managing treasury-related risks (liquidity, foreign exchange, interest rates) Streamlining the banking framework to centralize available funds more effectively for the group Supervising intercompany cash flow settlements Cultivating and enhancing relationships with internal and external stakeholders (banks/payment providers/shareholders) to maintain a high level of trust and gain insights into market trends Evaluating and challenging foreign exchange rates and fees Ensuring efficient funding of all non-cash pooled markets

... Driving continuous organizational enhancement for improved efficiency and productivity

Implementing solutions across the organization (reporting automation, cash forecasting improvements, FX position reports for SEA, Working Capital tracking, Supply Chain Financing, Intracompany funding...) Maintaining and developing policies and procedures to ensure adequate control over treasury activities (including Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable) in collaboration with the internal audit team Optimizing financial outcomes by negotiating contracts, credit facilities, and term deposits with banks

... Delivering value and enhancing cross-functional collaboration while acting as a business partner throughout the organization

Collaborating with other teams such as legal, accounting, and tax experts to make well-informed decisions: funding strategies, supporting specific operations (debt restructuring in non-cash pooled countries) Promoting a cash culture through advice, recommendations, and regular communications Participating in the regional Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Open-to-Buy (OTB) processes to gain insights into cash expenditures and influence decisions. Partnering with our Supply Chain team to foster an appropriate cash culture.

... Catalyzing payment (collection) transformation

Analyzing payment trends in the region and negotiating fees/services with various payment providers Contributing to the enhancement of omni-channel payment collections by supporting and co-leading various initiatives, including Fraud Detection and Prevention projects, and the implementation of new payment methods.

A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in a treasury role within a global organization, with a strong emphasis on cash and liquidity management and working capital A degree in Accounting, Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields Comprehensive knowledge of treasury products and processes, including funding, cash management, payments, and foreign exchange Proficiency in accounting and controlling, along with excellent analytical and IT skills (knowledge of Treasury Management Systems is preferred) Experience in project management within an international context and working under tight deadlines Fluency in English with effective communication skills across various levels and functions
