The Role:
We are in search of a Treasury and Cash Management Lead, who will be an integral part of the regional finance team based in Singapore. Collaborating closely with various departments across the organization, this position will take charge of the Company's treasury operations in Southeast Asia, engage in significant transformation initiatives, and serve as a strategic business ally. The Treasury and Cash Management Lead will cultivate relationships with regional banking partners, oversee daily cash management, and ensure compliance with local regulatory standards.

Direct the company's cash flows in collaboration with local finance leaders, by forecasting incoming cash and outgoing obligations (Strategic Plan, Budget, Rolling Forecasts) Facilitate and drive the attainment of Operating Cash Flow Generation (OCFG) objectives Oversee daily cash positions and monthly cash flows to evaluate each entity's liquidity and ensure adequate funding for ongoing operations Actively contribute to the budgeting process with the finance team Monitor and manage treasury-related risks (liquidity, foreign exchange, interest rates) Optimize the banking structure to centralize available funds more effectively for the group Supervise intercompany cash flow settlements Foster and enhance relationships with internal and external stakeholders (banks/payment providers/shareholders) to maintain a high level of trust and gain insights into market developments Evaluate and challenge foreign exchange rates and fees Ensure efficient funding for all non-cash pooled markets...
